Public pensions are the biggest source of retirement income usually making the most of all pensions of lower and medium earners and operating on a Pay as you Go system.

Challenge

Labour forces are beginning to shrink and numbers of pensioners are starting to rise, meaning that in the future a growing number of people will have to manage on a less generous and unpredictable occupational pension.

Life Changing

Many people who planned to retire in the near future now find themselves having to carry on working to support themselves and have a decent quality of life, however for elders, a decent quality of life is a luxury. A system designed to give relief instead gives hurdles.

A complicated, limited and inflexible welfare system is not retirement.
